The National Trading Card Association (NTCA) is a national membership and industry organization founded in 2026 to unite, support, and advance the trading card community.
From individual collectors and hobby shops to manufacturers, dealers, grading companies, auction houses, content creators, and industry leaders, we’re bringing every corner of the hobby together through education, advocacy, collaboration, trusted resources, and meaningful connections.
Our mission is simple: Strengthen the hobby, celebrate its history, support those who make it thrive, and inspire the next generation of collectors.
More Than an Association — A Vision for the Entire Hobby
The NTCA is building a network of specialized divisions and initiatives, each dedicated to an important part of the trading card community.
- National Trading Card Foundation — Supporting youth education, charitable initiatives, community outreach, and the preservation of hobby history.
- National Trading Card Hall of Fame — Celebrating the pioneers, innovators, collectors, businesses, and legendary contributions that have shaped the hobby.
- National Trading Card Annual Conference — Creating a national gathering for education, networking, industry discussions, recognition, and collaboration.
- National Trading Card Advocacy Network — Developing a collective voice to address issues affecting collectors, businesses, and the future of the industry.
- International Trading Card Association — Our long-term vision for connecting collectors, organizations, and industry partners across international borders.
