If you haven’t been here before, the sheer size of the location will blow your mind. However, everything is grossly overpriced. I appreciate that they offer a local drop-off for PSA submissions. I tried to offer $25 less on a Freeman card and the employee refused to ask the appropriate people. Not impressed overall. I would say customer service is nowhere to be found.

I’m new to card collecting and I know sports so learning that aspect wasn’t too difficult. I made an initial purchase for the Baseball 2025 Topps Platinum Chrome and I decided to peruse. I went to the Pokemon section and I spoke to the employee there and expressed to him that Pokemon has my interest but I don’t understand it enough to make a smart purchase. I feel terrible because I can’t remember his name but he was amazing in explaining some of the packs and boxes and I purchased two. He was great and overall made me feel invited. Overall everyone is great, it’s also comforting seeing armed security at the building and outside. I pray for ya’lls continued success and you have definitely earned a returning customer.
Honestly my entire family had the best experience here. We went to universal studios and stopped here on the way home. We had our dog with us and were worried but they let him in as well and he got lots of love. I picked stuff out, my wife as well and so did my daughter. Definitely coming back again!!!
Came in today for the Ascended Heroes booster box release and showed up about two hours early to line up. The process was super organized—they handed out tickets ahead of time and kept everything fair with a one-per-customer limit. Card Father even came out to greet everyone, which really added a personal touch and made the whole experience feel welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Great atmosphere, smooth process, and overall just a really positive experience. Love this place—definitely coming back.
Honestly the first time I went with a friend I was looking forward to coming back. Then I went back a second time and probably will be the last time I go or recommend this spot. Disney related cards went down (that’s no problem) the problem is that there was a raffle and my boyfriend and I had a winning ticket. When I got up to claim that we had a winning ticket, the guy hosting the raffle didn’t even look at me, didn’t even look at my ticket, and said “we picked someone”. However once my boyfriend went over to him, he actually did check the ticket and said there was a duplicate. So long story short this shop did show different treatment to me as a women and didn’t even bother to check until my boyfriend (who is a man) went to ask again. I would not recommend this shop to anyone there’s plenty more shops in the valley.
