The food prices here were pretty expensive for what you get. We ordered the pulled pork nachos ($18) and asked if we could swap the pork for chicken. Instead of substituting it, the server added an extra charge for chicken (+$4) without informing us beforehand, which was frustrating. Service overall wasn’t great, and the food itself was just okay. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t really match the prices. That said, we did have a really good time playing games there. Props to the staff member who recommended a game for our group of 6—it ended up being really fun and was probably the highlight of our visit.

MOX is a Beloved Community Asset for gamers, tabletop role players, board game enthusiasts, and people who want to spend time with friends and enjoy a game together. The restaurant selections are good enough to order more than once, and they make accommodations for different diets. Their seasonal drinks are worthy of your attention, the Bar and Restaurant service is professional, patient, and courteous. Many people use the tables to play games while they are eating and drinking. There are plenty of nooks and crannies and table areas for card playing tournaments, Warhammer miniature battles, and even some places for open or private tabletop games like Dungeons & Dragons. The store has a considerable selection of potential gifts, an impressive selection of today's most popular and obscure tabletop and board games, and even miniature hobbyist materials.
Amazing and helpful staff, Badger was so wonderful to work with and very willing to answer my questions and assist me finding exactly what I'd needed for my collection. Their online system is amazing for finding the cards you're looking to collect and the fun happy atmosphere of so many in the store having fun gaming made me really feel at home. So wish I lived closer and could visit more often but thank you so much for being so kind to me for my visit 💙
This place is truly incredible. Went for my birthday and I had a blast. Its super simple. You either buy a game or pick a game from the gaming counter. You can play at one of the tables that are there or get a table and have dinner there. We had dinner and they have lots of great Variety. Fabulous finger foods and a variety of simple but amazing dishes so you can eat and enjoy your gaming experience. This is a dining experience for all ages. They have old games, new games, fast games, and slow games. The choice is yours and the experience is unforgettable. We will definitely be back.
Lovely staff and great food! The game library is very well stocked. Got one of the private game rooms for a birthday gathering at it was an all around great experience! It's a busy place so sometimes can be a bit of a wait, but it's great to see the place getting so much business. Will be back again and again!
