Hands down, this has to be one of the best card shops around!! They definitely don't make them like this anymore, at least not around Temecula. The shop is very organized with a modern appeal. Not to mention, a great staff that is eager to assist with the huge inventory. Great selections for all enthusiasts. Honey Hole Collectibles in Temecula is a must see!!!

I visited Honey Hole Collectables for the first time while at Vail Headquarters and was immediately impressed by how clean, organized, and well-stocked the store is. Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended. The customer service was extremely disappointing. I walked in with my family and not a single employee acknowledged us—no greeting, no offer to help, not even basic eye contact. It felt like we were being actively avoided. Even when we went to the register to pay, the interaction was just as poor. The employee never looked up, didn’t say a word beyond what was necessary, and made no effort to thank us or engage in any way. A welcoming atmosphere goes a long way, and this place completely missed the mark. I won’t be returning to this store. Vail Headquarters itself is great, but this business needs serious improvement when it comes to customer service.

The Dudes are all super kick back and helpful. I’ve sent multiple items to authenticate from my personal collection through the shop and they made it real simple for me. Also amazing hit rates on cards.

Honey hole is the best card store in California, Kris is always my go to. He is knowledgeable, fair and always willing to have a good chat. Thank you guys for being amazing.

What do you expect when you visit a hobby/sports card store? I asked that question when I took two of my visiting grandsons recently to this store. After shopping at the Temecula store. My grandkids, son and his wife and I all had the same reaction. Far from affordable, over priced cards, in wax, in boxes and even their niche cards. Luckily, we decided to visit a different and new Temecula store - The Sports Card Lounge. Only a block away from Old Town, we had the opposite experience. The owner Kevin was gracious and outstanding selection of affordable cards, a very, very homey atmosphere and lots of AFFORDABLE Jerseys, hats, framed memorabilia and an interesting collection of bobbleheads. Kevin and Bob are true long time San Diego Padres and Chargers fans with a good selection of Junior Seau, Trevor Hoffman, Phillip Rivers, Manny Machado, Fernando Tatis and etc gear. Not to mention plenty of Dodgers, Raiders, Angels and Rams cards, jerseys, framed collectibles and individual cards. Is this what you expect when you visit a hobby store. A big contrast going to Honey Hole and the Sports Card Lounge. I know where to take my grandkids now. Thank you Kevin and Bob for joining our Temecula/Murrieta community!
