Flew to Chicago for the Cubs 10th anniversary commemorating their 2016 World Series team. Pleased to find Card Vault right in the middle of all the souvenir shops. Even more pleased to find a great shop with excellent selection and very personable staff. The manager, Tim was everything you want in a card shop manager. Knowledgeable, professional and cordial. Although, we only bought a retail box, he treated us the same as if we were spending thousands. Even threw in a couple “freebies”. Combine all this and I highly recommend stopping in while you’re getting ready for the Cubs game. Thanks Tim! We will definitely be back!! Best, Mark and David Nashville, TN

Had my first visit here and was incredibly disappointed. Was hoping to purchase a hobby box and a few loose packs while visiting but was ignored while two employees were helping one guest at the desk and a third spent his time staring at my wife and kids as they waited on me to find something to to purchase. I decided to leave but found a much better card shop in Valparaiso Indiana on our way back home. One employee and she helped every guest who walked in…and it was busier. Happily spent my money there. First photo was from this place. Second photo was the place with customer service.
Leaving this review on my mom’s phone :) Had an amazing experience here, I bought some Pokemon singles and they were all reasonably priced. Also picked up 25 top loaders for only FIVE DOLLARS! When checking out I had a chat with Robert at the till and he was so kind and then gave me the top loaders free. 10 out of 10 would recommend:)
Nick, TJ & Gabriel who all were working at the same time all helped me enjoy a great day at the same time. They’re complete professionals and all very kind people. They guided me through sleeving new some cards. Great shop and I’ve always been a huge Tom Brady fan as well, so I just had to go check it out. This shop has a diverse selection of some very rare cards. Highly recommend to any collector who wants to find new items for their own personal collection to go and check this place out. It’ll be worth your time.
Awesome addition to Chicago, helpful and friendly staff within a well designed facility. Fair prices and fair offers all around with a great selection of hobby level product. #TB12 💪😎👍
