Edit: 5/31/2026: Alot has changed in the last week. The people I had rapport with are gone. Which would be fine, however the replacements seem very standoffish. I did not feel very welcome at all, and honestly felt judged from the getgo. I will not be back. See my below original review on how it was before. I just moved here and loved you guys. Back to buying from blank faces online. Dang. Great place. Tons of comics, TCG, and Sports. Hobby Box prices are in line with what you would expect. At least for baseball which is all I collect. Staff is awesome. Support this local business and not ebay!

Wonder Water Comics has completely won me over, and a huge part of that is Scott, their comic book manager. I was a regular customer at another local comic shop, but Scott’s extensive knowledge, genuine care for customers, and kind, welcoming demeanor made the switch an easy decision. It’s clear that Scott is passionate about comics and truly invested in helping customers find books they’ll enjoy. He takes the time to answer questions, make recommendations, and create a great experience every time you walk through the door. The comic subscription and pull-list program is outstanding, and it’s obvious that Wonder Water Comics works hard to keep comic customers engaged and coming back. The level of customer service and attention to detail really sets them apart. Beyond comics, this is also a fantastic destination for trading card collectors. They seem to have just about everything. This is a true five-star experience. If you’re a comic fan, or card enthusiast, Wonder Water Comics is absolutely worth a visit.
This is a proper Comic book store. The staff was awesome, the place was well organized, everything was clean and cared for. Great selection and prices. I really can't stress enough how awesome this place is.
I drive 30 minutes from St. Pete to visit this shop. It’s always clean and orderly. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all, approachable. The selection is wide and varied! They have tons of sports cards, hobby cards, comics, Legos, and more.
If you’re into sports cards, trading cards, comics, or collectibles, I can’t recommend Wonder Water Sports Cards Comics & Games enough! Our family had such a great experience. Brandon went above and beyond by taking the time to sit down with our youngest son, not only showing him the value of the cards he had, but also helping him download an app and teaching him how to use it so he can continue learning and tracking his collection in the future. That kind of patience and genuine investment in a young collector is something you don’t see every day, and we were incredibly grateful for his help and guidance. A big thank you as well to Matt for taking the time to help our oldest son with his baseball cards. He was knowledgeable, honest, and made the experience exciting and educational. What could have been a quick stop turned into a fun family experience that we’ll all remember. The staff truly cares about their customers and treats you like family. If you’re a collector, hobbyist, or just getting started, this is the place to go. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you, Brandon and Matt, for making our visit so memorable. Highly recommended!
