Extremely helpful. Listens and gives proper information without issue. Doesn't assume prior knowledge but also speaks "non-computer person". Was willing to discuss options without rushing or pushing products or services. Exactly what you need in a computer support business. This place is a God send. Thank you so much for being part of our community! I might actually get into computers more because of this experience. Thank you for the confidence boost and the help.
