Shannon is absolutely amazing! She went out of her way to help my autistic son get some Pokémon cards, which are his newest obsession plus he has such a passion for it… especially his favorite, Pikachu! You can tell Shannon genuinely cares about her customers and she has such a passion for helping kids get into the game while making sure they have a safe and welcoming place to learn and play. Beyond Pokémon, they have an awesome selection of collectibles like Funkos and comics, and they host a variety of trading card game tournaments that bring the community together. This is more than just a store—it’s a place where people and their hobbies are celebrated. Thank you Shannon, for everything you do! Your kindness, generosity and patience truly meant the world to us and our son. Please stop in and visit you will be absolutely glad you did! 💙💛
