Usually don't do reviews but had to make an exception. Desperately needed money since I was on hard times, so was wanting to sell my Pokemon cards. I had never sold before but the awesome customer service put me at ease. Terry is such a sweetheart, I enjoyed nerding out over Pokemon and Digimon while they helped me. I had been talking with her about my nephew and how he told me he never sees any Pokemon cards in stores. Next time I came in to pick up a check after the sale, Terry gave me a Rotom and Bulbasaur card from their collection, my nephew's favorite Pokemon! I'm so happy I'm able to give him these as gifts!! It gave me hope that the hobby isn't just for scalpers. I would definitely come back to this store either to get my nephew some cards, or if I could whisk him away from DFW one weekend, bring him with me so he could go through the free card box for kiddos. I think it's awesome they have that with how expensive the hobby has gotten - that way kids can actually get into the hobby if their parents are on a budget!! Thanks so much to Terry and the woman who helped evaluate my cards, you don't know how much you helped me!! *edited because I had wrong name for the worker!

My first time in this card shop this weekend, all of the staff and the manager Aaron were very welcoming and helpful! They have a great selection of singles, and they are very fair on trades. They also had good inventory on sealed and new sets. I will definitely be frequenting this shop!
Best card shop in town! Great selection of Pokemon singles, and all staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I’m newer to the hobby and never feel out of place here. Terri is so helpful and kind, and always takes the time to answer questions and get me what I need! Danielle is also awesome and helped me sort through tons of bulk to find what I was looking for. They had lots of MTG and sports cards too. Highly recommend that you check this place out!
The best store in town! They have amazing staff and great events for the community. They're prices are fair and are transparent with their prices as well. They only do Pokemon, Magic, and sport cards. I hope they are able to expand more into other card games the future, I bet they would rule this town if they did.
I want to like this place but they make it so hard. I came in on the weekend and saw a card I wanted but had to wait a couple days for my paycheck to come through, when I came back 3 days later the price was higher… and over market value. The employee wasn’t willing to negotiate with me, which is whatever, but they kept going on and on about how they’d “lose money” when I knew for a fact the card was $10 cheaper a few days ago. And I’m not stupid, I know cards can have tight margins but these stores aren’t trading to their detriment. 😂 In general, their prices are all over the place! I ended up leaving with multiple cards way below market which was cool but they lost more on that transaction than they would’ve on the $5 I was asking off the card I came there for?! It’s just bizarre. Not to mention, they have sealed pokemon product but it’s at scalper prices. It just doesn’t feel good and doesn’t make me wanna shop here. Genuinely wish them the best, but until they get more reasonable I won’t be shopping here.
