I ordered a Star Trek attack wing Faction Pack on April 7th. With an estimated delivery day of 2 weeks. I never received any tracking email like I was told. After several attempts over multiple days to contact them on all 3 of their email accounts, multiple phone calls, multiple voice mails, multiple Facebook messages I got zero response. I finally got them to respond when I told them I was going to contact the better business bureau. They told me they shipped it (with no evidence) and the post office messed up and they would ship me another one. Few days later I asked for shipping information, estimated delivery date, and which company they used to ship. Again I never got a response from the multiple emails, phone calls etc. the only other response I got was when I told them again I was going to the BBB. The simply told me “ We have already stated the item was shipped. A new one has been shipped out without additional charges. Thank you. “. Still I have nothing and they are still not responding to email/phone calls. I’m just thankful it was only $30 I’m out.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Blogs. I preordered the Pokemon TCG Journey Together booster box and paid in full, expecting it to ship on the release date as stated in the listing. However, my order never shipped, and the tracking was never updated. Despite reaching out to the shop via multiple email addresses and an Instagram DM, I received no response whatsoever. It wasn't until I commented on one of their Instagram posts, only to have my comment deleted, that I realized I wasn't the only one experiencing issues. The lack of communication and transparency from Blogs is unacceptable. As a customer, it's reasonable to expect timely updates and responses to concerns. Instead, I was left in the dark, wondering if my order would ever arrive. If you're considering purchasing from Blogs, I urge you to think twice. The risk of poor communication and not receiving your order is not worth the hassle. There are plenty of other reputable shops that value their customers and provide better service.
Pre-ordered Pokemon Journey Together and never received it. Thought this company used to be reputable but I could be wrong. Communication with them was terrible, tracking never provided, ended up having to dispute the charge. Don't buy from them.
Disappointed With Their Shady Conduct. I have followed this shop for some time. I’m from Wisconsin but follow their Facebook page. Recently, I have attempted to make a post on their Facebook page. My post complied with the rules of their page. I was not looking to sell. I was simply looking for conversation. My understanding is that a good card shop isn’t about only selling/buying. It’s about talking cards. Talking the hobby. Enjoying it with others. The lack of genuine behavior by this shop with their Facebook page makes me lack trust in the way their business is run. As a result, I cannot say I trust this shop. I don’t believe it to be genuine. It’s too bad. Really thought these guys were different.
Won a card in a break paid to get it graded through them. Have been very patient in waiting and they actually sent me the wrong card . I notified them and sent the card back and now it’s been well over a year and still haven’t received my stuff and not getting any response from them
