The service was rude. An older bald man clearly doesn’t know how to communicate with customers. He ignored my request for more than 10 minutes. I had to wait and deal with unfriendly service. I do not recommend this place.

Great service and I got their before they open and they lets me in . First time here and definitely coming back for more . I brought some Steve Yzerman cards and great price.
Great selection of sports cards! The guys working in the shop were super nice to my son and he had an awesome time at the store.
I was looking for a place to get a pack of NBA cards for my son. I used to get my sports cards from Target, Walmart, etc. A few people had recommended we stop by AU Sports, and we did. I was impressed by how neat and organized the space is kept. The owner showed us around and explained what was available. He was courteous and helpful. We walked out with a good pack of basketball cards. The result: A happy son and therefore a happy dad! Highly recommended for people looking for any kind of sports memorabilia and especially Chicago sports memorabilia 👍🏼
The service was very rude. An older bald employee did not seem to know how to interact with customers properly and ignored my request for over 10 minutes. I was left waiting and had to deal with unfriendly service throughout the interaction. I would not recommend this place.
