What great customer service given, from my phone call to me in the store, especially by RJ, Nano and Ashely (your go to people for any and all questions). They were knowledgeable & honest for my first time purchasing cards without knowing where to begin. They didn’t rush or pressure me into buying me anything but instead, gave me the best deal that I could get. I definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for cards and other stuff. Place is clean & organized. I know I will come back!

This place is amazing they do fair deals and trades when I came for the first time yesterday and they noticed I didn’t have sleeves on any of my cards and RJ gave me a full pack of sleeves for free and Dave helped me and gave me the best prices for the pokemon cards I sold to them. I really recommend to come here and buy, sell, and play card games with your friends in store they have tables and chairs to play overall 100% satisfied
I love coming here. I collect and play one piece! But man are these prices just INSANE. I understand this was the worst time to get into the one piece card game! but dang 😭 Anyways aside from the pricing I like how there are events here. And how they are planned?Everything seems to be organized! you can also come in and play, which is something that I would love to do one day! i will continually keep coming into the shop just to look at cards. 🩷 i also wish some of the employees were a little bit more upbeat, i love cards so I would love to talk about cards with my customers.
My friend and I went a few days ago and bought out basically all their pitch black Pokemon packs and ripped them at one of the many tables they have and got multiple hits. The one thing is they offered 20 dollars store credit for a card that is 45 dollars at market so I don’t know about that, but overall good service and pretty good prices
I was looking to sell my Pokémon sealed product here and the process was so smooth. Filled out the request form online, got a call shortly after the store opened, and received great customer service. Dave and the team were extremely helpful. The negotiated price was more than fair and the payment was fast. I recommend this store 100%!
